How Transport Works

We work with both small animal transporters & pet transporters. They are USDA certified to transport animals throughout the US.  Most of the transporters we work with drive but there are some that fly as well.  Flying your bunny is faster, but ground transport is more economical.

Below you will see an overview of how rabbit transporters run their business as well as what YOU need to secure your bunny's spot on their route.

How a Transporter Delivers Bunnies:

*Please note transporters are independent businesses. They are familiar with rabbits and how to care for them.  To learn more about specific transporters, see below

What you need to do to get your bunny home:

*Original meeting times may change as the transporter encounters traffic and other things out of their control - Its important to watch the updates.

01

Transporter shares the direction they are going/states will travel through.

02

Transporter accept stop requests from customers who need a bunny delivered within the route direction/ area.

03

Based on requests & payment (to show you are serious) - Transporters map the route in a logical/ direct way.  You may need to drive some to meet them.

04

Customers are added to their preferred communication group so customers can stay up to date on the timeline.  (Facebook chat, Telegram, google 360)

05

Transporter begins the route on the designated day - meeting people to pick up and drop off rabbits.

01

Find one headed in the right direction.  We will have some suggestions for you based on who is going that way.

02

Fill out the transporter's required form AND send them payment.  Only paid stops are included. (Otherwise they could drive miles for no reason.)

03

Watch Transporters travel progress. We will let you know when we drop your bunny off.

04

Continue watching transporters progress - Meet them at designated address at the time they will be there.

05

Pick up your bunny and bring them home! :-)
